I went in with shoulder pain, not quite sure what caused it, and I left not only with a clear idea of what might’ve triggered it (likely tennis or overhead gym work) but also with specific strengthening exercises tailored for me. He took the time to ask all the right questions, listened carefully and made me feel totally at ease throughout the session.
He also gave me great advice for an old ankle injury, with balance exercises to help with future activities like ice hockey. Everything was explained in a clear, kind, and professional way, even just after the session I already felt a noticeable improvement.
Really grateful for the time he took with me and how communicative he was from the start, including with directions. Highly recommend!
